                       It's really a hard time to find a perfect moisturizer for oily skin, which helps our skin to look healthy as well as oil free. But most of the moisturizer ends up in making our skin looks oily within few hours or sometimes it feels so heavy on our skin.          Today am going to review my all time favorite moisturizer and also it is the best for oily skin during summers. It's "PLUM  GREEN TEA MATTIFYING MOISTURIZER" . I love plum products as they are free from chemicals and also cruelty free. I have even reviewed their night cream in my previous blog. So come lets take a look at this review...

PRODUCT CLAIMS:

             This product is totally for combination, oily, acne-prone skin. Its silicon free, matte-finish moisturizer with hand-picked non-comedogenic ingredients. Daily pleasant after-feel, non-sticky finish and acne combat.

Plum contain green tea extracts and glycolic abid keep skin healthy and prevent oxidative stress that can cause acne. Also read

PACKAGING:

                The packaging of the product is very travel friendly. The bottle is slim and fits well in our travel bag. It comes in a plastic bottle with a pump and also a see through lid for the pump. Overall the bottle is slim, sturdy and handy for use. 

INGREDIENTS:

               

 Aqua (water), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, PEG 400, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycolic Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycernic, Camellia Sinensis ( Green tea) Leaf Extract, Triethanolamine, Fragrance, FDA Approved colours.

DIRECTION FOR USE:

                     Wash face with a mild cleanser first and pat dry the skin. Dot your face with moisturizer. One dot each on forehead, both cheeks, nose and chin. That's 5 dots totally. Now gently message into skin using finger tips.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT:

           Starting with the packaging, which is very handy to use and also travel friendly. It pumps out the correct amount of product required for entire face. Sometimes you may need 2 pumps of product,  if you are going to wear this under your makeup, to keep the skin well hydrated. I would definitely give a 5 star rating for the package. 

Consistency:

           

The consistency of the product is not too thick nor too runny, it's inbetween. To be exact it is slightly like a lotion. This consistency is perfect for oily, acne and combination skin type. Not only that this kind moisturizer will get quickly absorbed into the skin without making it look heavy or greasy.

Does It Really Mattifies:

          Yes, it does. I usually take 1 and 1/2 pump of this product  and apply it on my face. It blends so easily into the skin and gets absorbed quickly and gives a shine free look. And also keeps my skin well hydrated for whole day. Sometimes you might feel a bit sweaty but it will never makes the skin oily or dull. Also read

Do I Recommend This:

         

Yes I will recommend it for those with oily, acne prone as well as combination skin. As this product contain green tea extract which is extremely good for acne and acne scars reduction. It also helps to brightens the overall complexion by evening out the skin tone. I personally love the entire plum skincare range. Make sure you try this product at least ones.
