KOREAN SKINCARE STEPS | HOMEMADE | DIY

            Korean are well known for their beautiful, clear and glowing skin and this is because they use only natural and harsh free ingredients to create their skincare. That's the reason why Korean skincare products are popular and high on demand.

     


  Today am sharing with you all a homemade Korean skincare which contain 3 steps. This skincare steps helps in getting clear and glowing skin.

      Step 1: Oil cleansing

      Step 2: Scrubbing

      Step 3: Rice facial massage & pack


Step 1: Oil Cleansing:

             ðŸ‘‰Water: 1tbsp
             ðŸ‘‰Coconut oil : 1tbsp
   Mix both Ingredients well and apply it on face. Massage well in circular motion.
   Massaging face is one of the important step in Korean skincare.
   Once finished massaging, wipe face with a warm damp towel.

Benefits: 
               Oil cleansing helps in lifting excess sebum, the oily substance produced by glands on our skin.
              Helps in cleaning clogged pores likes blackheads and whiteheads.
             Removes dead skin, pollutants and makeup.

Step 2: Scrubbing:

         ðŸ‘‰Rice flour: 1-2 tbsp
         ðŸ‘‰Aloe vera gel: 1-2 tbsp
 Mix both Ingredients well and apply it on damp face.
  Scrub face in circular motion for around 5-7 minutes. Then rinse face well.
Benefits:
           

Rice powder is an excellent exfoliating agent. The coarse texture of rice powder makes it work well as scrub. 
     This coarse texture helps in removing dead skin cells easily.
   Aloevera is high in anti-inflammatory, enzymes, vitamin C and A.
   Aloevera helps in soothing the skin and repair skin cells.

Step 3:  Rice facial massage & pack:

         ðŸ‘‰Boiled rice: 4-5 tbsp of boiled rice.
         ðŸ‘‰Milk required amount to make rice paste.
         ðŸ‘‰Honey: 2tbsp
   Add boiled rice and milk in a blender and grind it well into smooth paste.
   Now add honey to it and mix well. Apply this thick rice paste on face and neck 
   Massage face well with rice paste for around 5-10 minutes. Massaging is the key to get that plumpy glowing skin. It wakes up the skin cell and promote more blood circulation.
    Once finished massaging, leave face pack on face for about 10 minutes and rinse off.

   

Benefits:

             Rice is rich in ferulic acid and allantoin, which is a natural sunscreen.
      The anti-inflammatory agent in rice helps in soothing sunburns and prevent skin from Sun tan.
    Rice paste gives a cooling effect around the eyes and helps in removing tired dark looking eyes.
  Rice paste is used traditionally for skin lightening. Amino acid and Vitamin in rice act as a cleansing agent and control sebum secretion.
   Rice paste is equally wonderful to treat blemishes, fine lines and pimples. Also helps in making skin look fresh and young.
