Protein-Rich Hair Mask:

Ingredients:

                          Egg - 1 or 2 (according to hair length)

                           Flaxseed gel - 4-5 tablespoon

                           Olive oil - 2-3 tablespoon

Method:

               👉Take the whole egg in a bowl, add 5 tablespoons of flaxseed gel and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.

                👉 Whisk all the ingredients together until they combine well.

               👉   Apply it all over the hair from scalp to hair tip.

               👉  Leave it for about 45 - 60 minutes.

               👉  Do regular hair wash with your shampoo.

               👉  Do not use conditioner.

               👉  Repeat twice a month.

(Flaxseed gel preparing method:

                                                       Take 2 cups of water in a pan, bring it to boil, and add 1 cup of flaxseed. Let it boil for a while. Check if the water has got the consistency of a slimy gel. If so then turn off the flame and strain it. Collect in a container and store it airtight.)
