 In today's post am sharing a few skincare recommended by skin specialist/Dermatologist. All these skincare are natural and made with home ingredients. 

1. Banana Face Pack:

                      It's a budget face pack and very effective on pigmentation, removes tan, brightens the skin, and improves skin elasticity.

Ingredients:

                   Banana - 1/2
                   Turmeric - a pinch
                   Baking soda - a pinch 

Method:

  •  Smash banana well with a fork and add all the remaining ingredients to it. Mix them well into a thick paste.
  •  Apply it over cleansed face and neck.
  •  Leave it for about 15-20 minutes.
  •  Rinse off with lukewarm water.
  •  Repeat this twice a week.

Benefits:

Banana: Banana acts as a great exfoliator and helps in reducing excess sebum secretion on the skin.
                  It contains a high level of antioxidants and acts as nature's Botox, thus preventing fine lines and wrinkles.

Baking soda: Baking soda has skin lightening properties.
                             It brightens the skin but excess use is harmful.
                             Always make sure you use only a pinch of it.



2. Rice Flour Face Pack:

                 This face pack helps in protecting skin from sun rays. Removes tan and retextures skin. Brightens up the skin and gives a healthy glow.

Ingridients:

                     Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
                     Honey - 1 teaspoon
                     Aloevera gel - 1 teaspoop
                     Rose water - 1 teaspoon
                     Curd - 1 tablespoon

Method:

  • Take a clean bowl and add all the above ingredients.

  • Mix it well into a thick paste
  • Apply on clean dry face.
  • Leave it for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Wash it off in circular motion.
  • Follow up with rose water and moisturizer.
Benefits:

Curd: The latic acid in curd makes it the best antiaging  ingredient.
              Curd prevents wrinkles and the appearances of fine lines.
              Tightens the pores and makes skin radiate.
