Drinking water helps one to lose weight, manage weight, maintain a healthy looking skin and hair, stay in a better mood, prevent disease and so on. Water also helps in maintaining our blood volume and also proper circulation of blood. It also does a very important role in maintaining our body temperature.

  It's important to drink atleast 8 big glass of water everyday. But we feel so bored to drink that plain unflavored water. So here are few flavoured or infused water which you can opt in place of plain water. It contains the same benefits of plain Water along with some nutrients which doubles the power of water. Consuming these water helps in maintaining a healthy skin and body.  

Mint water:

                    Take a handful of mint leafs and wash it well. Take a pitcher and fill it up with water and add those mint leafs and few Slice of lime and leave it over night. You can even refrigerator it if needed. Consume this mint water the following days. Make sure you stire it.

             🌿Mint contain nutrients like potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, vitamins C, vitamin A and Menthol.
            🌿Menthol is very high in mint and it's extremely good for skin. It's helps in improving skin complexion, reduce acne.
Applying it consuming mint water is good for skin and body.

Rose water:


          Take a vessel add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Now add 2 handful of rose petals to it and let it boil for 5- 10 mins. Bring the water level to 1 cup by boiling. Now let it cool completely. Transfer it to a spray bottle and use it everyday after washing the face.

   🌹 Soothes skin irritation.
   🌹 Soothes sore throats.
   🌹 Reduces skin redness.
   🌹Helps prevent and treats infections.
   🌹Contains antioxidants.
   🌹 Heals cuts, scars, and burns.
   🌹Enhances mood.
   🌹Relieves headaches.

Honey Water:

       Take one cup of warm water and add a tablespoon of honey to it. Stir well untill honey dissolves. Consume this water everyday morning on empty stomach.
  🍯 Helps clear skin.
  🍯 Flush out toxin from body
  🍯 Helps in weight loss
  🍯 Anti-bacterial and antiseptic

Cucumber Water:

               Take 1 to 2 cucumber, cut and scrub the ends and slice them 1/2". Take a pitcher with water and empty cucumber into it. Let the flavor infuse into the water by leaving it for 1 to 2 hours. You can even refrigerator it for few hours and consume it.

         These are the four water which I have personally tried and tested. So I could definitely tell you guys that it will work, just be constant. Also the weight loss waters had helped me in great extent to loss all extra fats from my body.
