What's My Opinion:
As per my experiences it worked well for me. I used to have terrible pain in my lower abdomen and legs on the first day of periods and I used to roll on the bed because of the horrible pain. It used to be that worse.
As mentioned in the product I applied it on set of pain. Like you should not apply it way before the pain starts, it won't work that way.
Overall am happy and so thankful for this product.
