SUMMER HAIRCARE ROUTINE | STOP HAIRFALL DANDRUFF AND SPLIT ENDS | Philmita Lewis

  Summer is almost there, so let's prep our hair and protect it from HAIRFALL, DANDRUFF and SPLIT ENDS...
      So today am going to share with you my haircare routine which I specially follow during summer and protect my hair from all hair related problems.... This routine will even help to grow your hair.
  SO LET'S START......
STEP 1:
                        OILING THE HAIR
 
It's really important to oil the hair atleast onces in a week and shampoo it after 3 to 4 hours or leave it overnight and wash it next day morning...
It's also important that you should never leave the house with oily hair because that leads to dirt accumulation in the hair.
In case if you have dandruff, do a hot oil massage with few drops of lime in it..

Step 2:
SHAMPOO

  During summer it's important to shampoo the hair regularly, like atleast onces in 2 days..
  Make sure you use mild shampoo for washing... Whenever you shampoo the hair make sure you dilute the shampoo in the water and apply it to the hair... And tilt your head downwards and shampoo the hair...
 Shampoo the hair two times to make sure all the oil and dirt is gone from the hair...

STEP:3
CONDITIONER
Do hair conditioning two times in a week or you can even do natural hair conditioning at home 15days onces
FOR NATURAL HAIR CONDITIONING:
Take powdered henna one packet, add milk to mix and squeeze half lime . Soak it for 3-4 hours and apply to the hair. Wash this after 1 hour, if you need that brown shade  on your hair, leave  it for 2 hours and then rinse off.
STEP 4:
COMBING
 Make sure you comb your hair two times a day atleast.... You might feel lazy to comb the hair after coming back from work . Wt we do is, just tie a bun and go to bed. 
   Don't do that it will lead to breakage and hairfall. Specially at night comb your hair and tie a three strand breaid and go to bed . This will reduce your hair breakage and hairfall.
  Combing the hair will also helps in blood circulation in the scalp and helps in healthy hair growth.
STEP 5:

FOODS TO AVOID HAIRFALL
 Every day morning drink one glass of Amla juice/ Indian gooseberry in empty stomach.
FOR PREPARATION:
 1 or 2 gooseberry/amla
One glass water
1tablespoon honey
 Take out seeds from Amla and grind them in a blender. Add water and honey and consume it in empty stomach
✓ This helps in blood circulation and stops hairfall.
✓ Helps to grow hair thicker and longer.
✓ It's one of Indians hair growth secret.
✓Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Specially seasonal veggies and fruits.
✓Eat one egg a day.
✓Drink plenty of water and protect your body from dehydration.

So those were my summer haircare routine which I follow during summer.
