WEIGHT LOSS SALAD ( KIDNEY BEANS/RAJMA)

    Hey everyone today is sharing with you a simple salad recipe for weight loss. Salad is the best way to reduce the intake of carbs. You can have it any time of the day either along with your lunch or at night for dinner and it also makes you feel full and light.
   This salad is one of my favourite salad and it's quite simple to prepare. 
 The main ingredients in the salad is kidney beans or rajma. 
Kidney beans are 
                           ðŸ¥— rich in protein.
                           ðŸ¥— It contain nutrients that helps build body muscles.
                           ðŸ¥— Fiber present in kidney beans boost digestive health.
                          🥗 Also contain other essential nutrients like Iron, Copper, Falate and Manganese.

Ingredients:

                   ðŸ¥— Kidney beans/Rajma - 1/2                                   bowl ( small bowl)
                   ðŸ¥— Onion - 1 bowl 
                   ðŸ¥— Tomato - 2 medium 
                   ðŸ¥— Lettuce - 1 bowl
                   ðŸ¥— Apple Cider vinegar - 1tsp
                   ðŸ¥— Coriander leaf - 1/2 bowl



Method:

     Soak kidney beans overnight in water for around 8 to 9 hours and then pressure cook it. Add little bit of salt while pressure cooking.
Kidney beans/Rajma

Soaked and pressure cooked kidney beans

Chopped Onion

Chopped Tomato

Chopped Coriander leaf

Chopped lettuce
                 
Apple Cider Vinegar
         
             Once kidney bean is boiled, let it cool and transfer it to an empty bowl. Add other ingredients to it and mix well.
 

Yummy kidney beans salad ready. You can have this for dinner along with a cup of soup or even for your lunch.
